This program is a learn-to-swim program that teaches youth essential swimming skills through the sport of water polo.
The Seal Certification Program is intended to replace or be integrated into any swimming lessons program. If the Seal Program is used to replace a swimming lessons program, such as the program offered through Red Cross, then the document below shows how most skills taught by the Red Cross are also taught, through other skills, in the Seal Program.
