Are you or the person you are reporting a complaint about a Canadian Safe Sport Program (CSSP) Participant (an athlete, coach, official or staff person belonging to a national sport body) and is the incident a breach of the UCCMS? In Saskatchewan, this would be an athlete who competes at the National Provincial Championships (NPC) in Montreal with Team Saskatchewan.
