Historically, as water polo athletes graduated from youth programs in Saskatchewan, their opportunities to continue playing competitive water polo were restricted to options outside the province and even the country, such as the NCAA, European League, and the Canadian National Team Training Centre in Montreal, QC. While these experiences offer tremendous growth for athletes, they often come at a significant financial burden, precisely when these young talents are striving to secure their own financial stability.
Your invaluable contribution not only keeps our athletes in Saskatchewan but also elevates both the competition and training standards within our province. Beyond immediate benefits, this support has a profound impact. It not only strengthens our senior teams but also enriches our programs at all levels by involving experienced players as coaches and officials.
